Prices and conditions
All successful bookings result in a confirmation email issued by Copenhagen Card. It is the responsibility of the client to inform Wonderful Copenhagen if they do not receive a confirmation email.
Once the booking is confirmed, the client is governed by the following Terms and Conditions:
Your reservation is made with Wonderful Copenhagen and by confirming your reservation you are entering into a contract with us. Unless otherwise stated, your credit card will be debited the total amount including service and postage at the time of booking.
You can choose to have the cards sent to you by mail or receive a voucher by email. You can pick up the cards with your voucher at the service center in Copenhagen Airport (terminal 3), in Tivoli Box Office at Vesterbrogade 3, at Copenhagen Info at Copenhagen Central Station or at the Copenhagen Visitors Centre, Vesterbrogade 4 in downtown Copenhagen (opposite the main entrance to the Tivoli Garden and very close to the main train station). If you have chosen to have the cards sent to you, the cards will not be valid until you activate it, which means that you can use them at a later stage within the validity period, should your visit to Copenhagen be cancelled.
Wonderful Copenhagen offers a free replacement card one time only to customers who have purchased online via copenhagencard.dk/com/de, in case their card is lost or stolen. Replacement cannot be offered for Copenhagen Cards purchased on any site other than copenhagencard.dk/com/de. Replacement cards can be obtained at the Copenhagen Tourist Information, Vesterbrogade 4B – upon presentation of the order confirmation. If your trip is cancelled or you have unused Copenhagen Cards, it is not possible to get a refund. Wonderful Copenhagen do not offer refunds on redeemed vouchers.
Please note that the attractions opening hours may change according to season. Please see the attractions' websites for opening hours and dates. Many attractions are closed on mondays and on public holidays.
Your Copenhagen Card is valid only when you have:
- Supplied the first day of validity
- Supplied the starting time (first full hour)
Apply date and first full hour at the first attraction or before you get on the bus, train or Metro. You must always keep your Copenhagen Card on you when travelling and be ready to show your card on demand or when entering a bus. Wonderful Copenhagen cannot be held liable with wrong completion made by the cardholder. Please make sure that date and time is correct written on the card. A card with crossed out, corrected or illegible data is not valid and can no longer be used. You can use your card as often as you like during its time of validity. You can visit each attraction one time per card day. With a 72-hour card you are entitled to three visit per attraction, and you can place these three visits as you like within your 72 hours, with 120-hour card you are entitled to five visit per attraction, and you can place these five visits as you like within your 120 hours.
