Prices and conditions
All successful bookings result in a confirmation email issued by visitcopenhagen.dk. It is the responsibility of the client to inform Wonderful Copenhagen if they do not receive a confirmation email.
Once the booking is confirmed, the client is governed by the following Terms and Conditions:
Your reservation is made with Wonderful Copenhagen and by confirming your reservation you are entering into a contract with us. Unless otherwise stated, your credit card will be debited the total amount including service and postage at the time of booking.
You can choose to have the cards sent to you by mail or receive a voucher by email. You can pick up the cards with your voucher at the service center in Copenhagen Airport (terminal 3) or at the Copenhagen Visitors Centre, Vesterbrogade 4 in downtown Copenhagen (opposite the main entrance to the Tivoli Garden and very close to the main train station). Once you have bought a Copenhagen Card (physical or voucher) it cannot be returned. If you have chosen to have the cards sent to you, the cards will not be stamped with dates when you receive them and you can therefore use them at a later stage, should your planned visit to Copenhagen be cancelled.
Copenhagen Card is available:
For adults (from 16 years) and for children (10-15 years), and is valid for either 24, 48, 72 or 120-hours.
With an adult card you can bring along two children (0-9 years) for free.
Your Copenhagen Card is valid only when it:
- Is supplied with the first day of validity
- Displays the starting time (first full hour)
- Has your full name on the back
Apply date at the first attraction or before you get on the bus, train or Metro. You can use your card as often as you like during its time of validity. You can visit each attraction one time per 24 hours. With a 72-hour card you are entitled to three visit per attraction, and you can place these three visits as you like within your 72 hours, with 120-hour card you are entitled to five visit per attraction, and you can place these five visits as you like within your 120 hours.
